You are responsible for:

You may not share or transfer your account without our written permission.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Uinspyr for your personal or internal professional development.

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Uinspyr uses artificial intelligence to generate feedback, recommendations, interview questions, resume analysis, and coaching.

AI-generated output:

• is intended for educational purposes;
• may be incomplete or inaccurate;
• should not be considered legal, financial, employment, or professional advice.

You remain responsible for decisions made using AI-generated information.

Uinspyr does not guarantee interviews, employment, promotions, salary increases, or career outcomes.

You retain ownership of content you upload, including resumes, portfolios, cover letters, interview responses, and other career documents.

By uploading content, you grant Uinspyr a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, analyze, reproduce, and display that content solely for providing, securing, maintaining, and improving the requested services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload all content you submit.

All software, trademarks, branding, designs, documentation, AI workflows, and content provided by Uinspyr remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not:

• Copy
• Reverse engineer
• Modify
• Redistribute
• Sell
• License
• Create derivative works from our services

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful or infringing content.
• Impersonate another person.
• Generate fraudulent resumes or credentials.
• Cheat during live assessments where prohibited.
• Attempt to bypass security controls.
• Interfere with platform operations.
• Scrape or automate unauthorized access.
• Upload malware or harmful code.
• Abuse, harass, or threaten others.

We may investigate violations and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.

If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant Uinspyr the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to improve our products and services.

Some features may require payment in the future.

If you purchase a subscription:

• Fees will be disclosed before purchase.
• Taxes may apply.
• Billing terms will be shown during checkout.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features.

Unless required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable.

Our platform may integrate with third-party providers for authentication, analytics, cloud hosting, AI infrastructure, communications, and payment processing.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control may affect service availability.

Uinspyr is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uinspyr and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data arising from your use of the services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid by you to Uinspyr during the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Uinspyr, its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from:

• Your misuse of the services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your infringement of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Your activities pose security risks.
• We are required to do so by law.
• Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.

You may stop using Uinspyr at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Subject to applicable law, courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

We may update these Terms periodically.

Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.

Continued use of Uinspyr after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
